What's Going on in the South Shore? Columbus Day Weekend

Tonight, Vivid (formerly Hanabi) is opening for the first time since last year. Too Loud, who puts on an amazing show is set to rock the stage. Check it out. With two bars and a good size dance floor, this place is going to be the go to place after 10 pm. Saturday night Soul City is performing, and they are a mix of old and new, and get the crowd going every time.
Looking for a more mellow but just as fun atmosphere? Check out Frankie Ds in Kingston, Venus III in Hanson, and Bostons in Plymouth. There is an array of bands that play here, all of them are great. You can also try Bastas in Weymouth, its a young, fun crowd, but a little too Jersey Shore for this chick.
Live music, great food and a good crowd without the drive to the city? Try any of these places and let us know what you think!
Saturday, go to North River Wine and Spirits (Rt 139) for an amazing wine tasting and some free food before you head out for the night.
KNow of anything fun going on South of Boston? Feel free to leave your comments and knowledge of the go-to places!
