Is the Greatest Bar really the greatest?

I'd have to say it’s pretty close to being the best. It's personally one of my favorite places to go on a Friday night. The Greatest bar is located at 262 Friend Street near the TD Garden. It has four floors and has three bars, one on each floor, except for the second which has a balcony like setting overlooking the first floor. There is also a great DJ who plays a great mix of music for everyone’s liking. The Greatest Bar is in a perfect location to go to before you go to a game at the Garden, or after a game. If you don't have tickets for the game, then it's also a great place to go and watch it. The first floor has a 14 foot flat screen HDTV to watch the game on. It also has 20 HDTV's located throughout the whole establishment. The Greatest bar is definitely for the younger crowd, people age 21-27. The prices are not too bad; drinks are around 7-9 dollars for a mixed drink and 4-5 for a beer. On the first floor they usually have drink specials, but it also is the most crowded, so it takes long to get a cheaper drink. The cover charge for the Greatest Bar is $10 unless you get on a guest list its $5. If you get there early enough you won’t have to pay for cover at all. Another good aspect is that they do not have a strict dress code so you can wear whatever is comfortable for you. I definitely recommend the Greatest Bar for a good and casual night out.
